Christine Castellanos, Appointment and Financial Coordinator

Christine comes to work with a great smile and can do attitude. She can help you maximize your dental benefits, andcan also help make your patient share more affordable. The bulk of treatment scheduling is done by Christine, and she can make arrangements for special appointments if needed.

Jesse Gonzalez, RDA Clinical Coordinator

Jesse has 6 years experience as a Dental assistant, 5 of those years with Dr. Weber. He has a genuine concern for your comfort and well being in the office, and has excellent clinical skills. Jesse is a California Registered Dental Assistant, and responsible for our "State of the Art" Sterilization and Cleanliness Protocols

Christine Dugom RDH

Christine has a great deal of enthusiasm and energy for patient care, and can help you achieve optimum periodontal health with her excellent clinical skills. Understanding and kind, her joyful and up-beat personality helps to make your visit pass quickly. She will help you keep your teeth and gums in optimal health.

Carolyn Conrad RDH

Carolyn is the newest member of our dental team, and brings a great attitude and gentle touch to the clinical team. Her goal is to help you keep your teeth and gums in great health, and to offer advice in a understanding and non-judgemental manner.  She has over 15 years of clinical experience in Dental Hygiene

Dolores Garcia, Clinical Assistant 

Dolores comes to work with a great smile and a caring attitude. She helps us with both our state of the art sterilization system, and as well as administrative tasks. Just ask, and he will help you with comfort needs, such as a blanket, neck pillow, or headphones for your relaxation in the office.

Lena Weber, CCMA Office Administrator

We are fortunate to have Lena represent the office in all Public Relations capacities. She is a Lancaster Rotary Club Past President, and Past President of the Alpha Charter Guild, a charitable organization benefiting AV Hospital. She is always happy to address any patient care concerns that you may have, as the patient and team coordinator.
