My family and close friends call me “Tina.” I always knew I wanted to work in a health care setting, medical or dental. I worked as a registered dental hygienist for almost seven years. Prior to that, I worked in educational administration for four years. I have been working on Dr. Weber’s team since January 2007. I enjoy providing preventive services to people by helping increase their oral health awareness and its link to their overall wellness. I also love patient education, forming lasting relationships, and bonding with our patients. Outside of the dental office, I spend time with my family and friends, watching movies, reading, and participating in my church’s youth activities.
Jesse C. | Registered Dental Assistant with Extended Functions
I have been working at Dr. Weber’s office for almost 20 years. First as an assistant and now as his Clinical supervisor and RDA with Extended Functions. I was born in the San Fernando Valley but grew up here in the Antelope Valley where I have chosen to stay and start my own family. I’m married and have a three sons and an active sports life with my sons. When I’m not here in the dental office assisting Dr. Weber, I enjoy teaching my sons how to play baseball and taking him on bike rides. I like football and just being at home with my family.
I enjoy working in Dr. Weber’s office because the pace is much slower compared to other offices that I’ve worked in over the last 13 years. The slower pace allows me to connect with my patients and make sure they are at ease before their procedure begins and also gives me time to answer their questions or concerns. Since my completion of my RDA-EF2 certificate, I have been able to closely match the same techniques used by Dr Weber to help patients have a shorter chair time, while maintaining the same high quality dental care.
